Under the guidance of Fr. Thomas Atwal, Carmelite Social Services organised the Closing Ceremony and Certificate Distribution Programme for the women who successfully completed the six-month Tailoring Training Course at Sham Churasi Village. The programme began with a prayer, followed by inspiring cultural performances by the trainees, showcasing their creativity and confidence. Certificates were presented to the participants in recognition of their dedication and successful completion of the course. During his address, Fr. Thomas Atwal encouraged the women to make the best use of their newly acquired skills, embrace self-employment, and move forward with confidence and determination. He reaffirmed the commitment of Carmelite Social Services to empowering women through education, skill development, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. The event was graced by the presence of Sr. Anupriya, Sr. Sheena, teacher Ranjeet Kaur, and the Carmelite Social Services team.
